Order Processing

Returns and Exchange

Unopened product return
-If for any reason you want to return an unopened product to us, it has to be returned to us in an unopened and resalable condition within 30 days of the delivery date. We will provide you a credit or return you another anumi product with same value. Please note that you have to pay the return shipping cost to us and ensure to pack the product carefully as we will only accept return for products which can be resold.
-If you choose to exchange the unopened product with another same value anumi product, you are required to pay the shipping cost that we send you the replacement product.
-If you choose the credit option, you will receive an e-mail notification with all the detailed information. Simply follow the instructions mentioned on the notification to use the credit for your next purchase.

Opened product return
-If you are unhappy with the product for any reasons after opening it, you may return to us within 14 days of the delivery date and we will provide you a credit or return you another anumi product with same value. Please note that we will only accept return of opened product which has been consumed less than 10%. 
-If you choose to exchange the opened product with another same value anumi product, you are required to pay the return shipping cost to us and the shipping cost for us to send you the replacement product.
-If you choose the credit option, you will receive an e-mail notification with all the detailed information. Simply follow the instruction mentioned on the notificationto use the credit for your next purchase.

Faulty product replacement
-If the product is damaged in transit, leaking or faulty, or we sent you an incorrect product, please contact anumi Advisor at +613 8806 8465 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (EST)) or via email at info@anumiskincare.com within 7 days of the delivery date for replacement. If we require you to send back the product to us, we will pay the shipping cost. Otherwise, you may be required to send us photographic evidence for insurance purposes.

Administration
-Upon receipt of your returned products, our Advisor will review the products and process the return, please allow up to 30 days from the receipt date of your returned products for processing. Once your request is approved, you will receive an e-mail notification for the return details and arrangement.
